EXCEEDING READING™ PROGRAM

The Exceeding Reading™ Program is highly effective reading instruction that provides students with the skills and strategies they need to become effective, fluent, independent readers. Students gain ease, accuracy, fluency, and comprehension in reading and writing. Struggling readers, who have had an unsuccessful experience with reading, improve their reading and writing abilities through a fun and enjoyable, game-based system.

ROMPER READERS™ PROGRAM

Romper Readers™ is an Early Literacy and School-Readiness Program. It is a fun, systematic Early Education Program for Pre-Schoolers that teaches the foundational skills required for a successful start in school. The Early Literacy Skills give children a head start to reading ability by teaching them the foundation of Phonemic Awareness, Letter Recognition, The Alphabetic Principle, and Early Writing Skills.

Fall Schedule:

• Mon-Fri class times

• 1.5 hr classes (recommended twice a week)

• small groups of children (max 4 per class) with customized schedule to meet student/parent needs.

Exceeding Reading™ 

       Fall 2009 Programs

Our Fall 2009 programs help students start the new school year off on SOUND footing or allow them to catch up and keep up in certain subjects or areas they have struggled previously and continue to struggle with this current school year. 

Students, experiencing weaknesses and problems in certain subjects and areas, strengthen their skills and understanding through quality, affordable tutoring with skilled, certified, caring instructors. 

Students regain confidence and realize they can excel with proper support and teaching methods that make sense and work.  

Through Exceeding Readings' many exceptional programs, students can:

•  work on weaknesses they are starting to experience or have experienced through the previous school year(s).
•  work on truly exceeding in any subject they do well at and enjoy. Working on strong subject areas ensures they are being challenged enough to realize their full ability and potential. 
• learn study and organization skills to ensure the student realizes his/her full potential and best results now and in the future.
• realize that learning can be easier, more enjoyable, and that they can be more successful than previously believed.
• be inspired and motivated to do their best and realize their full potential through the instruction of our talented, compassionate, and devoted Exceeding Reading educational team.  

 We can customize any program to address any educational need. We specialize in reading & writing methodology, but we also have many other exceptional services:

NEW *HOMEWORK CLUB* -

Starting FALL 2009 

Incredibly AFFORDABLE homework, assignment,  learning  and tutoring support  taught in small groups (maximum of 4 students) which meet weekly to ensure students' success in school. Each group is customized to age, grade level, and educational requirements.  Students receive support on current areas of need such as:

• assignments/projects
• tutoring support/help
• homework for the week
• writing support
• studying skills
• organization skills
• and much more!

*TUTORING - any and all subjects and grade levels. Private or semi-private instruction (when possible).
